...grew up loving art + computers. A life-long midwesterner, even attending NIU in DeKalb IL, eventually gravitating to Chicago. He loves it here, even in zero degree temperatures, and wells up with pride watching documentaries about his city. After much design/animation/interactive experience ranging from gigantic media corporations to dot-com startups and everything inbetween, he's very happy to be one half of right arrow key. He cannot get enough internet, live music, traveling, tech gadgets, chocolate, their two german shepherds and sunny summer days on a motorcycle.
...grew up loving horses, michelangelo + punk rock. She is from Columbus, Ohio, spent some time in Pittsburgh, Fredonia and New York, NY before coming to Chicago in 1997. After a bachelor of science degree in sound recording technology and a brief audio career, she started doing design for a friend’s record label and was immediately hooked. She loved it so much that she went back to school and got her second bachelor's degree, this one a BFA in graphic design from the University of Illinois right here in Chicago. When not designing for a living, she is either riding horses, playing ukulele or finding something new to create!
